Could you also share the event name, organizer(s), sponsors, and any special shout-outs that should be included in my post? If you have any social media templates, branding guidelines, or preferred hashtags for LinkedIn, Instagram, or X, please share those as well.

Including, even a small Amazon or Flipkart gift voucher to the winners could significantly boost the event's visibility. Winners are much more likely to post about their achievement and tag the organizers, sponsors, and college, which can increase the event's reach organically.

In the long run, this kind of engagement can help build the organizer's reputation, attract more participants, and make it easier to secure bigger sponsors for future editions. I understand that I'm not the one making these decisions, but I thought it was worth sharing as an idea.. thanks for hosting such amazing event. Hoping for more such events in nearby future : )

Note : You can also share mail for future conversation

Due to our sponsors' and organizing platform's guidelines, we have to update this hackathon with a new opportunity called "Hack with AI," and we at first decided not to declare the result, but due to guidelines, we have to declare the result. After careful judgment, we have decided the winner. We are giving you guys the liability to submit the same project in Hack with AI. We have there cash prizes; certificates with collaboration with Google Gemini and MLH; and goodies and swags (temperature water bottles, hoodies, and t-shirts for the winners). We would like you guys to participate and compete there due to only 6 submissions, and we really can't distribute the cash prizes and vouchers we have prepared for the winners. If you win there, we would do the home delivery with Google Swag Kit and goodies.
if you have any grievances kindly send mail to our community as they are the responsible authority while I only list opportunities.
