- Open to students and developers.
- Individual and team participation allowed.
- Team size: 1–4 members.
- All work must be created during the hackathon period.
- Open-source libraries and APIs are allowed.
- Participants must respect intellectual property rights.
- Any form of plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.
- Projects submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
- Teams may use pre-existing tools but must clearly disclose them.
- Judges' decisions will be final.

- Avoid harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior.
- Follow event guidelines and organizer instructions.
